Who we are
Vela is a small, senior team of business operators and advisors working with SME owners across South East Queensland. We're not a franchise, and we're not a graduate-heavy consultancy running junior staff through your business while you pay senior rates.
We've run businesses. We've made payroll, managed boards, restructured teams, and made the calls that owners lose sleep over. We bring that experience directly into every engagement — no theory-only frameworks, no generic playbooks.
How we work
We keep it simple. It starts with a deep-dive session to understand where the business is genuinely stuck, then moves into regular working sessions with your advisor to build momentum.
Every client also has access to the collective experience of the wider Vela team — not just one person's opinion.
