Systems & ERP

Straight-talking advice on the systems that run your business — and hands-on help getting the right one in place.

Growth exposes the cracks in whatever system a business is running on.

What worked at $2M in revenue starts working against you well before $20M. We help SME owners work out whether the real problem is process or platform, and if it is platform, we help you choose properly, implement it, and keep it running.

Is this you?

01

Outgrown your current system

Still running the same software the business started with, and it is not built to scale with where the business is now.

02

Juggling multiple systems that don't talk to each other

Data locked in silos, no single source of truth, hours lost reconciling numbers between platforms.

03

Unreliable, slow reporting

Rebuilding the same numbers in spreadsheets every month instead of pulling them in minutes.

04

Running the system has become someone's whole job

If keeping it fed and functioning has quietly turned into a full-time task for someone on your team, the system is managing you, not the other way around.

05

Dreading the next upgrade

Stuck on an old version because upgrades have historically meant downtime, cost blowouts, or breaking things that used to work.

06

Tired of clunky, dated interfaces

Your team avoids using the system properly because it is slow and unintuitive, so half the business still runs on spreadsheets anyway.

Legacy ERP is done

One system. One source of truth.

For a long time, ERP meant picking one system and living with it for a decade — slow to change, expensive to upgrade, and never quite fitting the way the business actually worked. That era is over. Modern cloud platforms are faster to implement, easier to use, and far more adaptable, with AI now handling a lot of the heavy lifting on setup, data mapping, and ongoing maintenance.

Our goal wherever possible is to get everything into a single, properly integrated system — not another patchwork of add-ons bolted onto whatever you already have. Fewer systems, less reconciliation, one source of truth.

What we do

01

Understand what you actually need before looking at any software — current-state pain points, growth plans, and what a right-sized system looks like for a business your scale.

02

Recommend the right platform — we are not tied to reselling a single vendor's product line, so the recommendation is shaped by fit, not by what we are contracted to sell.

03

Implement it properly — configuration, data migration, and integration, managed end-to-end so it does not become the drawn-out, over-budget project ERP has a reputation for.

04

Manage it going forward — ongoing support and system management so it keeps working as the business changes, not just at go-live.

Common questions

Do you implement the system yourselves?

Yes. We recommend the right platform, implement it, and manage it on an ongoing basis — so you have one point of contact rather than juggling a software vendor, an implementation partner, and internal IT separately.

Why not just go straight to a vendor?

Vendors are naturally going to recommend their own platform. We work across multiple systems rather than reselling one product line, so our recommendation is shaped by what actually fits your business, not by a single vendor's target.

How long does an ERP implementation actually take?

It depends on complexity, but modern cloud systems have cut typical timelines dramatically compared to the legacy rollouts many owners remember. A well-scoped project can be live in weeks rather than months.

What does ongoing cost look like?

Engagements typically combine an implementation fee with an ongoing monthly management fee, so support does not stop at go-live. Exact scope depends on the system and complexity — we will give you a clear breakdown before anything is agreed.
